100DiL program, which is designed by experts from different countries and different fields, believes that kids in early years don’t need class walls, chairs, and some rules to learn. Kids need love, belief, and a playground to dream, invent, and learn.The programs’s main target is to help parents to explore their kids inner feelings and hidden skills.

The aftermath of the 2023 Turkey earthquake has left a deep impact on the hearts and minds of the Turkish people, but in the midst of the devastation, Sümeyye Yörük with her little student (Sibel) from uNiK School, have emerged as beacons of hope and resilience. Through their song “Aid4All,” they have poured their hearts into a message of hope and inspiration, providing comfort and strength to those affected by the disaster.

There are never two identical fingerprints, same goes for human beings. Each one of our kids is a different, unique story. Therefore, education is not about producing copies of the same standard student. Everyone of us has his own unique personality interwoven from different set of colours, tastes and shapes. Everyone of us has his own recipe of traits, hobbies, skills, ways of thinking or expressing, likes and dislikes, or let us call them his/her “languages”. Everyone of us has a unique destination where he/she will, and should, excel and innovate.
Our Passion
Our Staff are coming from diverse cultural backgrounds. Our leaders are characterised by multidisciplinary experiences. Our minds believe in uniqueness of each student. Our methods use interactive learning strategies. Our thoughts are about children centred learning. Our plan is focused on children having daily opportunities to learn actively with their hands, minds, and emotions. Our teachers are monitoring; Our parents are sharing; Our community is involved. We do believe that the education process should be continuous in the classes, corridors, playgrounds, food courts, way to home and in everywhere kids could be in or dream of. So we planned and designed our school to be the best place for creativity for each child in the group.

Our Curriculum
Our curriculum includes everything we do both in and outside of the classroom. Our perspective on education, reflected in our curriculum, is that we are not filling a bucket, but rather lighting a fire. We cannot possibly teach everything that there is to be learned. Thus, we endeavor to teach students to “learn how to learn” by giving them the skills to do so. Most importantly, we aim to instill in our students a love of learning as a passionate pursuit in and of itself. Our curriculum is centered on teaching our students how to take control of their own learning. We focus on teaching students to ask the right questions and be confident searching for answers. By developing “critical skills” in our students, we prepare them for their journey as learners for the rest of their lives. Students are welcomed into an environment that is engaging, challenging, inspiring, and nurturing. Learning experiences are created that foster inspiration, promote the development of a core set of academic skills and learning habits, and that encourage students to ask questions, explore and identify their core values and passions. Based on the slogan “inspiring leaders of change”, and trying to apply our school’s mission and vision, we designed our curriculum that is seeking for helping our students to achieve wisdom.
