Zor şeylerden biri, eğitim misyonuna inanan ve çocuklarımızı maksimum düzeyde destekleyebilecek en uygun öğretmenleri seçmektir. Bir diğer zor şey ise sürekli bir iyileştirme süreci içerisinde performanslarını her geçen gün geliştirmek ve arttırmaktır. En zor zorluk, bu ekibi korumak ve onları kutsal misyonları konusunda motive ve tutkulu tutmaktır.

The owner and the leader of uNiK School

After studying Mechanical engineering, she completed her education in business sector. Depending on her engineering background, she started her career as a science teacher in an international school and went through different positions in different international education companies for 12 years. 

she’s an external reviewer from the American accreditation compony Cognia (previously advansED), Regarding the trainings and conferences, she attended many educational ones in different countries. She got inspired by Reggio Emilia’s methodology from Italy which led her to visit the Reggio schools and attend many study groups there. She believes that learning should never stop, that is why she’s working on her master’s degree of global business in Geneva university.

She is a horse rider and owns a stable. Her main hobby is drawing (nature portrait).

YASSER MASOUD - EGYPT

After having major in teaching English and a PG in Advanced Systems and Applications, he studied MSc and PhD from Malaysia on Strategy and Organisational learning. Through his 20+ year career, founded 15 organizations including education, information technology and non-profit interests.

She has been working in her profession for 16th year now and she’s in her fourth year with uNiK School. Apart from having a degree on pre-school teaching, She has graduated from the Department of Child Development, Public Relations and Business Administration. Currently she is theHead of Turkish Department.

GIZEM BAYIRBAŞI

She was born in 1996 in Istanbul. She graduated from Şişli Vocational School’s Child Development Department and took lessons from expert trainers. She improved herself by both doing internships and working in summer schools and different kindergartens. She has certificates from Preschool Counseling, Child Law, Gender, and Recognition of Gifted Children. She is currently a coordinator at uNiK International School.

With a psychology bachelor’s degree under her belt, she ventured into the education sector, dedicated a rewarding 11 years to it. Her strengths lie in cultivating robust human relationships, wielding high persuasiveness, and embracing an energetically active persona that thrives on positive communication. What sets her apart is her genuine fondness for children; there’s an undeniable joy she finds in their company.

AMAL MALLAH

She is an English teacher at uNiK International school. She is holding a bachelor degree in English language, Literature and Civilization from the High Institute of Languages in Tunisia, as well as a master degree in Teaching English as a foreign language from Istanbul Aydin University. She has been teaching English for children of all ages for 6 years now in different International schools in Turkey.

SENA SAÇIK

Graduated from the Department of Turkish Language and Literature, Sena Saçık holds a Pedagogical Formation Education Certificate. She is currently studying Child Development at Istanbul University. She sees teaching not as a profession but as a lifestyle that covers her life, and that’s why she likes to establish a bond with her students.

Sena Yiğit

graduated from Istanbul University – Cerrahpaşa with a degree in Physical Education and Sports Teaching and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the same university. With five years of experience, she is an experienced Artistic Gymnastics coach and also works as a Yoga instructor. She has been working at Unik International School for one year.

SELEN CİVECİK

She’s currently in her fourth year at uNiK School. She graduated with a child development degree from high school and university, and she is currently studying Turkish Language and Literature. She has attended workshops on approaching behavior problems in children, privacy education, and has obtained various certificates related to her field. She takes great joy in contributing to the healthy development and happiness of children at uNiK School.

ZÜBEYDE POLAT

A university and high school child development graduate, She learned about the Reggio Emilia philosophy at the university and started to practice it since then.She worked in private and public schools for 11 years, and attended manytrainings involvingmusic, rhythm, hygiene and sleep.

Rukiye Köprücü Çapar

She completed her studies in Social Studies Teaching and her Master’s in Educational Sciences at Marmara University’s Faculty of Education. She has taught for 6 years and has served as a School Principal for 6 years. She has been working in an administrative role at Ulu Nadir College for 2 years.

Ayşenur Uçar

She completed her high school education at Toki Atakent Anadolu Health Vocational High School. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Child Development from Kent University in 2023. She has been working as an Assistant Teacher at Ulu Nadir College for 2 years.

Nisa Karal

She completed her high school education in the Child Development program at Rüştü Akın Vocational High School. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Child Development from Biruni University in 2023. She has also been working as an Assistant Teacher at Ulu Nadir College for 2 years.

Ayhan Dündar

İstanbul Üniversitesi – Cerrahpaşa Sınıf Öğretmenliği bölümünden mezun oldu. 4 yıl boyunca çocuk kütüphanesinde çocuklara kitap okuma alışkanlığı kazandırma eğitimi verdi. 4 yıllık tecrübesi ile deneyimli Yaratıcı Drama ve Masal Anlatıcılığı eğitmenidir. Ulu Nadir Okulunda ikinci yılımı doldurmakta.
